Booking Terms and Conditions
Your Enquiry
NB: that completion of our online booking enquiry does not constitute as an actual course booking. The details collected allow Regal Security Training to respond to your enquiries in a more efficient and meaningful manner.
Following the receipt of a booking enquiry, a Regal Security Training representative will arrange to discuss your exact requirements and process your request.
Booking Confirmation
A verbal acceptance of a booking may be agreed immediately followed by formal acceptance in writing via letter, fax and/or by email. A delegate may be required to sign & return a booking form if additional info is required. All bookings must be confirmed by a deposit.
Deposits
The delegate agrees to pay a non refundable deposit* before final acceptance of a booking can be guaranteed. Payment method & amount will be arranged during correspondence. (Cancellation conditions apply)
The delegate also agrees to pay any outstanding balance within 14 days, prior to the course commencement date. If payment has not been received by the course date, Regal Security Training reserve the right to give written notice that the booking has been cancelled and that the cancellation conditions apply. Deposit is non-refundable.
Any additional course instructions will be issued before the start of the course.

Cancellations
Regal Security Training reserves the right to alter, cancel or postpone the dates and/or the venue of any provisionally booked training course. In this unlikely event Regal Security Training will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements or if appropriate, provide a full refund of all monies paid.
Under no circumstances shall the liability of Regal Security Training to the delegate exceed the amount paid. No Compensation is payable by Regal Security Training Ltd.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the delegate, Regal Security Training will try to organise alternative course arrangements that suit the delegate. The delegate agrees liability for any cancellation process initiated at their request and that the associated cost to be at least the initial "non-refundable" deposit paid upon booking. Please note that additional cancellation fees may be applicable depending on course arrangements.
Cancellations notified by telephone must be confirmed in writing via letter, fax and/or by email.
Travel Insurance
It is advised that all delegates who require accommodation and or are travelling outside the UK possess valid and appropriate travel insurance for the duration of their training course. Proof of insurance may be required.
